Ikigai Seeds is a multidisciplinary Therapy Service Clinic founded and located in Thornbury as a result of like-minded international professional therapists aiming to co-create a space that promotes the development of body, mind, social and spiritual wellbeing.
The word Ikigai has its origins in Japanese culture. It is composed with the word; iki, meaning “life”, and gai, meaning “one's hope”. Ikigai is the purpose in life, our reason of being from which human development can emerge and shine authentically.

At Ikigai Seeds we provide individual and group therapy sessions dealing with a wide range of presentations, ages and cultures. Our work aims to integrate a therapeutic framework tailored to individual needs to support human growth and to reach client's maximum potential, their reason of being; their Ikigai.
